The item must be in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
E-liquids, coils, and disposable devices cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.

We recommend that you use a tracked shipping method to return your item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@thevstoreeg.com and provide us with photos of the item and the packaging. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
